Canon Revd Dr Joshva Raja John is appointed as the Head of IBAC since September 2021. He holds various degrees in various areas that includes Physics, New Testament and Applied Theology. Recently he was the Dean of the Oxford Centre for Religion and Public Life and has published a number of books and articles.

Girma manages the IBAC research and blog, and assists the African Biblical Leadership Initiative (ABLI) in organising a yearly forum. He studied religion and political philosophy at the Free University of Amsterdam and has published in the area of religion in the public square with a particular focus on Africa. Girma is passionate about the religion-politics nexus and the role and positive impact of the Bible in the African public sphere. He will be happy to discuss advocacy possibilities in the African context, but also related to the global south in general.
